Truestone constantly surveys the market for the leading mortgage rates and terms across a number of product types. We look for the best fixed rate terms and the best rates for so called tracker mortgages that go up and down in line with the Bank of England base rate. The Bank of England base rate is currently 5.00%.

There tend to be differing rates and terms available for:

  • Self certification mortgages
  • Buy to let mortgages
  • Mortgages that will lend 100% of the value of the property
