The National Pension Savings Scheme – The impact on YOUR company - Free Seminars
The long awaited White Paper on Pension Reform was issued on the 13th December 2006. A principal recommendation is the introduction of the National Pension Savings Scheme (NPSS).
In essence, the NPSS will require all employers to contribute towards all employees’ retirement savings.
This legislation will have significant financial and administrative implications to employers, even where a company sponsored pension scheme is already provided. It is strongly recommended that employers start forward planning for the introduction of this legislation in 2007.
To assist employers, Truestone Employee Benefits are running a series of FREE seminars on this subject area in the Spring of 2007. The first of these took place on Thursday 22nd February, at the CBI Conference Centre, and delegate feedback is provided below
